Delivery and installation policy:
Delivery and installation are free for all cities within our coverage area, which are Makkah, Jeddah, and Taif.
If the customer is outside the coverage area, we do not install it, only shipping it from the company.
Delivery and installation typically take place within 1 to 14 business days, depending on the available installation schedule. Shipping requests are shipped within 3 days, with the customer agreeing on the appropriate shipping method for their region.
Customers will be contacted within 1 to 3 business days to schedule installation appointments.
Smart Desalination will not deal with or provide services or products to any of the countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Executing a transaction more than once may result in it appearing more than once on the cardholder's bank statement.
