Return and exchange policy
Our goal:
We strive for customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of our products and services. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased or experience any problems with the service you received, you can request a return or exchange.
Return and exchange terms:
1. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
2. The return (3 days) or exchange (7 days) request must be made within a specific period from the date of purchase.
3. You must have the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: The customer has the right to submit a request to replace or return the product in the event of a problem that cannot be repaired by the maintenance team.
Note: The consumer is not entitled to return the product if the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him.
Note: When returning an order, the amount will be transferred when the Golden Purity branch receives the product.
How to request a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer service by phone or email and report the problem.
2. We may ask you to send a photo of the defective product as evidence.
3. We will review the request and make a decision regarding a return or exchange as soon as possible.
Recovery:
If your return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid. If you're located outside Jeddah, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
substitution:
If the exchange is approved, we will ship the new product to you at no additional cost. If you live outside Jeddah, the customer will bear the shipping costs of the old product, while the company will be responsible for shipping the new product.
